As caring communities, we are all touched by cancer, either through a loved one’s diagnosis or certainly within our congregations.   Come hear about cancer’s effect on body, mind and spirit, and learn ways we as Community of Hope lay chaplains can better support our loved ones and through the cancer experience.  This free workshop is being tailored by CanCare for our Community of Hope lay pastoral caregivers, but is open to ALL interested persons. Please RSVP to Beverly Davis to help us in planning.

Healing for a Fearful World
Friday, September 27th - Sunday, September 29th, 2019

Join us for a weekend of worship, fellowship, and spiritual nourishment.  Come be renewed and refreshed, leaving with a stronger grounding of your faith.  Now, more than ever, the world is a fear-driven place.  We'll explore ancient tools to help us live in modern times.  There will be time, with instruction, to write icons, take spiritual walks, and pray the Scriptures.  We hope you'll join us!

Presenters are Reverend Janice Krause and Reverend David Krause. Email Pat Beachy for more information, questions, and to register:  pkbeachy@att.net
